By using Checkinly, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before registering.
Checkinly is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for automating guest check-ins for short-term rental properties in Albania. The platform is offered to Airbnb hosts, apartment owners, and boutique hotel operators.
After registration, your account will be in PENDING status until approved by a platform administrator. You cannot access the platform until approved. You are responsible for maintaining your password and account security. Any unauthorized activity must be reported immediately.
You may register with email/password or with Google OAuth. If you register via Google, a phone number may be requested during the onboarding process.
Checkinly offers three subscription plans: PLAN_1 (€10/month — 1 property, 1 unit), PLAN_2 (€15/month — 3 properties, 3 units), PLAN_3 (€45/month — unlimited). Plans are assigned by the platform administrator. Exceeding plan limits will block creation of new properties or units.
Payment may be made on a monthly or yearly basis, as agreed with the platform administrator. The billing cycle is confirmed during account activation.
Billing status (ACTIVE, PAUSED, UNPAID, CANCELLED) is managed by the platform administrator. If your account transitions to CANCELLED status, access may be suspended.
You are the data controller for your guest information. Checkinly acts as a data processor. You must inform guests about data collection in accordance with Albanian law and European regulations (GDPR). You are responsible for the accuracy of all information entered into the platform.
The platform allows uploading guest identification document photos (passport, national ID, driver's license). These files are stored securely and accessed only by the authorized host through a protected endpoint. Storage URLs are never exposed directly to the browser. You must inform guests before uploading their documents.
Checkinly is provided "as is". We make every effort to ensure continuous operation, but do not guarantee full availability. In no event shall we be liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or data loss caused by service interruptions.
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.
