Open Airbnb

Go to airbnb.com and log in as a host.

Go to Calendar

Click 'Calendar' in the main menu of your listing.

Export Calendar

Click 'Availability' → 'Export Calendar'. Airbnb generates a URL ending in .ics

Copy the URL

Copy the full address that appears.

Add to Checkinly

Dashboard → Properties → [Your property] → Integrations. Paste the URL and click 'Add Calendar'.

Open Extranet

Go to admin.booking.com and log in.

Go to Availability

Sidebar → 'Rooms' → 'Availability & rates'.

Export iCal

Click 'Sync Calendar' or 'iCal' → copy the generated URL.

Add to Checkinly

Dashboard → Properties → [Your property] → Integrations. Paste the URL and click 'Add Calendar'.

After sync

The reservation appears automatically in Checkinly

You receive an email with reservation details + door access code

Copy the check-in link and send it to your guest

Guest completes the form online — no phone calls

48h before arrival, guest automatically receives the door code by email
